OK, this is a big 'un. What I wanted this to be is a full guide, for beginners - intermediates, I suppose, on many of the elements of a terraspace scene - terrain, planet, stars, nebula, rings, atmosphere, asteroids, etc. It's all in one place.

It was created simultaneously as I created my piece for =environaut's terraspace contest, except for the last extra bit, which was just added on so I could include some elements that weren't included in the main piece. The main piece, entitled Kelverese and Anselme, can be seen here.

Warning: this is a mother of a file, so it may take a while to load on slower machines / dial up, etc. This tutorial is also meant to be viewed at a 1024 x 768 resolution, just so it fits the screen best that way... thanks!
